Customer Reviews. Apparently I'm a power user of my Epic Touch 4G (Galaxy S II) as I typically burn through a battery by 3pm. Well, after 16 months of using two charges a day several times a week, my phone was starting to have power problems. The meter would read about 40% and my phone would shut itself off. Upon reboot, it would show 1% battery remaining. Charge memory on the battery? No telling. But I ordered this battery and, for the last month, it has provided me hours and hours of joy every day. Has all of the OEM markings of the battery originally packaged with my phone and works exactly as the original -- when it was new. Now I'm back to using up my phone with no problems.

Well when i first got the battery I put it in my phone and let it charge overnight, the next day. it was dead within about 6 hours only ~1 hour longer than my regular battery was lasting...so with my battery being i completely drained...i decided to plug it in again overnight. 8 hours straight or so to charge. This time it lasted me well over 12 hours from about 6 am to about 1 am. and this is on one full charge with 4g and gps is on and just standard texting and mobile facebook. i dont really talk on the phone which is why it must be lasting me so long, but even on days when i use my phone more than normal the battery is lasting 7-8 hours. which is double what it used to last. it definitely adds some size to the phone and some weight, most people tell me its ugly but i think its worth it for the extra battery life.

I ordered a replacement battery for my phone and the product I received performed in a similar manner to my old battery. When I contacted Best Deal USA they immediately wanted to rectify the situation with a new battery or a return. The problem was my phone and not their battery. Their willingness to accommodate me, without question, will no doubt make them my first choice when I need something else. Thank you!!!

I just did a test today, I intetionally left my iphone4 run until only 3% battery life left, and then plug in this item which has been fully charged. In about 2.5 hours, this product ran out the power, and I check my iphone 4, it has been charged to 89%. Thus, this portable charger gives you roughtly 86% of your iphone 4 battery life. It cost me less than $8, thus I consider it as a good buy. BTW, this portable charger is about the half size of your iphone4.

This is excellent! I just got it today and I decided to test it so I plugged it into my iPhone, and about an hour later it was fully charged! I am now charging the Battery for later use on the long ride home. I have both an iPod touch 2g and an iPhone 4g. It works great for both! I am completely satisfied. From my experience, I've noticed that when I was about 20% left on internal battery power on my Iphone and then decided to use this battery pack to charge the phone, it restored power to roughly 85% until the external battery drained. I managed to restore that much battery power as long as I was not surfing the net on my Iphone or using it while the backup battery was attached to my phone. I decided to buy a second one for that "other" just in case moment. For the price, it was a no brainer for me. This is a great little product.
